Call for Papers
The Scientific Committee welcomes your applications for free paper and/or poster presentations. Participants are requested to indicate their choice of oral or poster presentations on the Registration form, however the organizers reserve the right to make the final decision on the form of presentation. The abstracts submitted will be subject to editorial review.

DISCLAIMER
In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the Organizing Committee preventing the attendance of some or all registrants, the conference accepts no responsibility for any loss of monies incurred by registrants. It is suggested that registrants obtain insurance cover against this possibility.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Organizing Committee. For cancellations received by June 07, 2008 fees will be refunded in full, less a handling fee. No refunds will be given after this date, however you may substitute another congress participant.
LETTER OF INVITATION
The Congress Secretariat will be glad to send an official letter of invitation upon request. Such an invitation is intended to help potential participants raise travel funds or to obtain a visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee to provide any financial support.
REGISTRATION DESK
The registration desk will be located at Level 1 of the Atlântico Buzios Hotel and will be open everyday of the Congress. Registration desk hours will be posted at The TCC web site.
PRIVACY POLICY
In registering for the Congress, relevant details such as your name, e-mail and organization will be incorporated into a participant list for the benefit of all participants. In addition, these details may be made available to key sponsors at the conclusion of the Congress for marketing purposes. Please advise the Organizing Committee if you wish for your name not to be included in this list.
