¹Exhibition space Congress Venue fee includes:
- Allocated exhibition space in the exhibition area
- One table and two chairs (for every 12 square meter)
- Daily Cleaning
²Presidential Dinner/Lunch:
By invitation only, this will convene Congress Committee Members, Speakers and VIP'S (local, state and federal Health authorities). Sponsorship includes sponsor logo on the invitation cards, on banners, napkins and gifts - production costs are the responsibility of the sponsor.
Additional space for exhibitions:
150 € / square meter up to 15m² extra, 120 € /square meter from 16m² to 24m² extra and 100 € /square meter from 25m² and more extra. These options are available independently of the type of sponsorship (‘000 €).
Methods of Payment:
Deposit payment of 55% will be paid upon reservation and the remaining amount by 30 April 2008. You can pay by credit card or bank transfer. No Congress Venue will be accepted if payment is not completed. Exhibition will not be allocated without initial payment. The payments can be in Euros for companies from Europe and in US Dollar for companies from USA.
